Real Estate
For Real Estate Agents - Photos contain interior and exterior shots. This includes high angle exterior photos for dramatic effect. More visually appealing.
Interiors are colour corrected. Imperfections removed, and angles straightened to eliminate the skewed look that happens with wide angle photography.
We bill directly to the client and you recieve the photos for your website.

Real Estate Agents are experts in their field. Knowledgable of the market, trends, prices, and will help guide you through the process of buying or selling a home.
However, they are not photographers. That's why high end realtors in the GTA have people that specialize in real estate work do their photography.
A point and shoot camera with snap shots taken around a home produces exactly that - snap shots.
And the wide angle lens bends walls and furniture and produces an unflattering yellow cast from incadscent
light bulbs.
At right are the typical 'mistakes' in photos on actual real estate sites.
Top, photo from street level - always produces the most unflattering angle of a home. Sky is white. Visually unappealing.
2) 50% of the photo is the ceiling. Not the best way to show off a room.
3) Again, too much ceiling, most of the room is missed.
4) Wide angle lens produces a skewed image of the room
All photos in this series at right were taken from a person standing and holding a point and shoot camera at eye level - the biggest mistake you can make.
Example photos on the left and below - colour corrected for proper rendition. Lines are vertical, even when a wide angle is used to capture the full room.
Exterior photos are not from typical street level.
Photos sell - they generate interest in buyers.
Imperfections are removed - grass and shrubs are ''greened up" for a better look.
